Homemade Einkorn Spelt Bread
This quick sandwich bread that you can make in your bread maker features einkorn and ground spelt as its main ingredients.
In the order specified by the manufacturer, add water, spelt flour, einkorn flour, oat flour, flax seeds, sugar, butter, salt, and yeast to a bread machine.
Cycle the wheat.
While the machine is mixing, check the dough’s moisture content and add milk as needed to achieve a smooth, damp consistency.
After the cycle is complete, in about 1 hour and 45 minutes, remove the dough from the machine.
