Spanish Coffee
For added drama, the Spanish coffee cocktail is set on fire. It contains overproof rum, triple sec, and coffee liqueur.
Put sugar in a small bowl.
Wet the glass rim, then dip it in sugar to coat.
incorporate rum and triple sec.
Light the mixture carefully using a long match or lighter.
Glass slowly turned until sugar started to caramelize Pour coffee liqueur into the flame to extinguish it.
