Asian Steak Skewers
Every bite of these steak kabobs with an Asian flair is enhanced by sesame oil and freshly grated ginger.

Combine soy sauce.

To make the marinade, combine the following ingredients in a bowl: brown sugar, sesame oil, green onions, lemon juice, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic.

Slice a 1/4-inch thick piece of steak thinly and against the grain.

Place skewered steak slices in a glass or plastic container that is flat.

Over the skewers, drizzle marinade.

Refrigerate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours with plastic wrap covering the container.

After turning, marinate the skewers for an additional 1 1/2 to 2 hours in the fridge.

Set an outdoor grill to high heat and give the grates a quick oiling.

Take the skewers out of the marinade and discard it.

Grill steak skewers for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
