Shortbread Pie Crust
For any pie recipe that calls for shortbread crust, this is a great alternative.
Set oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
In a big bowl, combine flour, butter, brown sugar, and white sugar with your hands.
Work the dough with your hands until it holds together.
Chill for two hours before pressing into three 9-inch pie pans.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
