Hawaiian Roast Beef Sliders
These Hawaiian beef sliders feature thinly sliced, deli roast beef coated in an Asian-inspired sauce, Provolone cheese, and pineapple tidbits.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
A baking sheet should be foil-lined.
Hawaiian rolls should be cut in half horizontally.
The bottom halves of the rolls should be placed cut-sides up on the prepared baking sheet after being opened like a book.
On the cut side of each bottom roll, spread 1 slice of Provolone cheese.
Each top roll’s cut side should have 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise spread on it.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, chili-garlic sauce, and ginger; bring to a boil.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened and been cut in half.
