Vern’s Obatzda-Style Cheese
This Obatzda-style cheese, made with Camembert cheese, cream cheese, roasted garlic, and butter, is a great dip for pretzels during Oktoberfest.

Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

Bring all the ingredients that must be refrigerated to room temperature.

Remove the garlic’s top to reveal the cloves.

Olive oil should be poured over the garlic and placed in a square of aluminum foil.

Garlic is wrapped in foil.

For 35 to 40 minutes, roast the garlic in the preheated oven until it is soft.

Completely let roasted garlic cool.

Camembert cheese and cream cheese together Beer, butter, parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese should all be processed in a food processor until smooth.

Process until smooth after adding the roasted garlic cloves, onion, caraway seeds, and paprika.

When chilled, the mixture will firm up and become less “soupy.” Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and chill for at least two hours to allow the flavors to meld.
