Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
In a simple, flavorful casserole, rice, chicken, cheese, and a creamy salsa sauce are baked in layers.
Rice and water should be combined in a pan and brought to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
In the meantime, put the chicken breast halves in a big pot and add water to it.
Until done, cook for 20 minutes after bringing to a boil.
Take the chicken out of the water.
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces once it is safe to handle.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish very lightly.
