Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies
Cookies made from red velvet box cake mix and chocolate chips take only four simple ingredients to prepare. You can use any flavor of cake mix or chip!
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
In a bowl, thoroughly combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
24 dough balls should be formed, then placed on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to brown in the preheated oven.
Cool for two to three minutes on the baking sheet, then move to a wire rack to finish cooling for fifteen to twenty minutes.
