Pear Bread Pudding
A flavorful touch is added to this comforting bread pudding made with artisan-style bread by slicing pears and adding Poire William (pear brandy).

Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

Stir the brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl.

Just until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, stir in the butter and 1 tablespoon of vanilla.

Place aside.

Eggs are whisked together in a different bowl.
