Paper-Wrapped Chicken
For a quick and enjoyable appetizer, teriyaki sauce, ginger, and tender, flavorful chicken bites are marinated, deep-fried in foil packets.

In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Add the chicken pieces and stir to coat completely.

Chicken should be chilled for three to four hours or even overnight in a covered bowl.

A piece of chicken should be taken out of the marinade and placed in the middle of an aluminum square.

To enclose the chicken in the foil, fold the square diagonally over the chicken piece to form a triangle.

Fold up the triangle’s open edges several times and press firmly together.

Repeat with the rest of the chicken.

Throw away the used marinade.
