Fruit Cocktail Drop Cookies
A flavorful cookie with fruit and nuts. Great for a picnic!

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Grease baking trays.

Shortening, brown sugar, and white sugar are blended in a medium bowl.

One at a time, stir in the eggs, and then add the vanilla.

To the creamed mixture, add the sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and cloves.

Avoid crushing the fruit as you delicately fold in the raisins, nuts, and fruit cocktail.

To the cookie sheets that have been prepared, drop by rounded spoonfuls.

10 to 12 minutes of baking in a preheated oven.
