Swiss Cheese Scramble
A hearty make ahead breakfast casserole that’s as filling as it is delicious.
To cook the bacon, use a big, deep skillet.
Cook until evenly browned over medium-high heat.
Drain the crumble and reserve it.
Combine the milk and bread cubes in a large bowl.
After five minutes, drain.
Mix the salt, pepper, and milk in a different bowl.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a sizable skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
Scramble the soft-egg mixture after adding it.
Not completely cooked.
Turn the bread cubes into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan after adding the soaked bread.
Shredded cheese should be added to the casserole’s top.
Mix the butter and bread crumbs in a small bowl.
Then, top with the bacon after sprinkling this mixture over the cheese.
Overnight, cover and chill.
