Strawberry Pie VI
Fluffy mousse is made with strawberry gelatin and whipped topping and piled into a graham cracker crust with sliced strawberries.
Gelatin and boiling water should be combined in a medium bowl.
3 minutes of stirring, or until gelatin is dissolved.
As the gelatin cools and thickens, add ice and stir.
Strawberries and whipped topping should be combined.
Spoon mixture into crust after cooling until it forms a mound.
2 hours minimum of refrigeration before serving
