Easy and Super Delicious Black Bean Soup
You can quickly prepare a tasty black bean soup with canned beans, vegetable broth, salsa, and Cheddar cheese.
In a small bowl, thoroughly mash black beans.
Beans and salsa are combined; the mixture is then placed in a small saucepan and heated to medium-low.
Stir the saucepan after adding the vegetable broth.
The liquid should be simmered for 10 to 15 minutes, or until it slightly reduces and thickens to the desired consistency.
Add salt to the soup.
Melt the Cheddar cheese by sprinkling it on top of the soup.
For an additional 1 to 2 minutes, cook the food until thoroughly heated.
Divide between 2 bowls, adding a dollop of sour cream to each serving.
