Applesauce Pumpkin Spice Bread
To share at holiday gatherings, make this moist pumpkin spice bread using applesauce and lots of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Use cooking spray to grease two loaf pans.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
In a big bowl, mix eggs, applesauce, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Stir in the pumpkin thoroughly.
Alternately add water and the flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Divide among the loaf pans as ready.
Loaves should bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10 minutes to cool in pans.
Turn over onto a wire rack to finish cooling
