Pumpkin Butter Cookies
These delicious and moist pumpkin butter cookies are sure to get you into the festive autumn spirit.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease two baking sheets very lightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine butter and brown sugar.
Oats, pumpkin butter, and egg are mixed in.
In a different bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
Alternately add milk and a small amount of the flour mixture to the sugar mixture.
Blend thoroughly after mixing.
Add raisins and pecans and stir.
Drop teaspoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until set and golden.
Cookies should be moved to wire racks to cool.
