Maple Glazed Ribs
Baby back ribs are basted with a sweet and pungent sauce made from maple syrup, brown sugar, Worcestershire, mustard, ketchup and vinegar.
Put the ribs in a big pot and add water to cover them.
As soon as the meat is tender, cover and simmer for an hour.
Ribs should be drained and placed in a small dish.
Stir the maple syrup, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and mustard powder in a small saucepan.
Stirring frequently for 5 minutes after bringing to a low boil Pour over the ribs after a brief cooling period and let them marinate for two hours in the fridge.
Prepare the grill for indirect heat cooking.
Rinse the ribs with water.
Put the marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
grate with a little oil.
Cook until nicely glazed for about 20 minutes, basting frequently with the cooked marinade.
