Low-Cholesterol Whole Wheat Pancakes
These low-cholesterol pancakes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside even without butter or eggs.
To make about 4 tablespoons of ground flax seeds, blend flax seeds.
Add milk and stir after transferring to a big mixing bowl.
Put aside after adding brown sugar and vanilla extract.
Salt, baking powder, and whole wheat flour should all be combined in a separate bowl.
Pour into the milk mixture, then blend barely enough to combine.
Add sunflower seeds and raisins to the batter.
If necessary, thin the batter with a little milk; it should be slightly thick.
