These simple-to-make brownies can be made without dairy and without wheat thanks to barley flour and baking powder.

Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

Make a small baking dish greased.

In a big bowl, combine the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine the barley flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; add to the egg mixture and stir to create a smooth batter.

Batter should be poured into the baking pan.

Cook in a preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the top is browned and the center is set.
