Cucumber and Pea Salad
This simple salad combines cucumber and peas with a creamy Greek yogurt dressing and fresh herbs.

A big bowl should be filled with ice and cold water.

Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.

Add peas and cook uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes, or until bright green.

To stop the cooking process, drain in a colander and immediately submerge in ice water for several minutes.

Drain.

Lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and olive oil are combined in a bowl.

Insert parsley Salt and pepper, 1/4 cup basil.

Cucumbers and baby peas are stirred in.
