Butterhorns
The day before you want to bake them, make these buttery crescent rolls and let them rise over night. You can have fresh rolls whenever you want because the dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Add two teaspoons of sugar to the small bowl with the crumbled compressed yeast.

Place aside.

Milk is heated in a small pan until a skin appears on the surface.

Remove from heat and leave to slightly cool.
