Mexican Cheese and Hamburger Dip
This recipe creates a delicious, cheesy nacho dip with just the right amount of spice and hamburger.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the hamburger and onion until the meat is thoroughly browned, about 7 to 10 minutes.
Taco seasoning should be added to the hamburger mixture.
The hamburger mixture will simmer for 5 minutes after being covered with water.
In the slow cooker’s crock, add the cheese cubes, hamburger mixture, green chiles, tomato sauce, and jalapeno peppers.
Cook for about 45 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and smooth.
