Loaded Potato Soup II
This quick, creamy soup combines milk, condensed cream of potato soup, and potatoes and vegetables.

Put the potatoes, salt, and enough water to cover them in a big saucepan.

Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until just tender.

Drain, then set apart.

Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.

In butter, sauté celery, carrots, and onion until the onion is translucent.

In a big pot over low heat, combine the potatoes, vegetable mixture, cream of potato soup, and milk.

15 minutes of simmering with milk adjusted to desired thickness.

Serve
