Worcestershire sauce and whisk Soy sauce, honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika In a big bowl, combine the garlic powder and onion powder.

Add the beef and stir until the marinade is evenly distributed.

Wrap the bowl in plastic wrap and marinate it in the fridge for three to eight hours.

Set the oven to 175 degrees Fahrenheit (80 degrees C).

A wire rack should be positioned on top of an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.

Dry the beef by moving it to paper towels.
