Zucchini Crisp
One of those sneaky vegetables that tastes great both sweet and savory is zucchini. This won’t be recognized as an apple crisp by anyone!
Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
A 9×13-inch baking pan should be greased.
In a big bowl, combine the zucchini, white sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Put the mixture in the baking pan.
In a different bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and oats.
Sprinkle over zucchini after chopping in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly and zucchini is tender.
