Zucchini Bread V
This raisin-studded bread’s flavor is enhanced by ground ginger and cloves.
Combine sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Including grated zucchini Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ground ginger, and ground cloves together in a separate bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients into the mixture of zucchini.
Pour the mixture into two cooking spray-coated 8×5 loaf pans.
For one hour, bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius).
Remove from pans after cooling for 10 minutes.
