White Cheese Sauce
This amazing Monterey Jack sauce is fantastic over chicken enchiladas and also works well as a dip for tortilla chips or Mexican-inspired appetizers.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Turn down the heat to medium-low and add the cheese, stirring until it melts.
Sour cream and green chilies should be combined, and the mixture should only be heated all the way through.
Don’t let it boil.
