White Bean Shredded Chicken Chili
This easy shredded chicken chili is made hearty and comforting thanks to green chiles, spices, and white beans.
Oil in a big pot is heated up over medium-high heat.
In the hot oil, cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until they are soft.
After adding the cumin, cook for another minute.
Using a wooden spoon, stir in the chicken broth while scraping the pot’s bottom.
Bring the chicken beans, chiles, oregano, salt, and cayenne to a simmer in the pot.
Continue simmering for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
