Wheat Crackers
Simple pantry ingredients can be used to make this thin wheat cracker recipe. Nearly any dip or spread is delicious with the homemade crackers!

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and 3/4 teaspoon salt are combined in a medium bowl.

Add water and vegetable oil, then blend just until combined.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of no more than 1/8 inch on a lightly dusted surface.

Place the dough on an ungreased baking sheet and use a knife to make marks on the dough without cutting through it.

Sprinkle salt over each cracker after giving it a few fork pricks.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp and light brown.

After cooling on the baking sheet, separate the crackers into individual ones.
