Tuna Melt with Egg
Hard-boiled eggs and olives are mixed with tuna, sandwiched between Swiss cheese and buttered sourdough bread, and broiled until toasted–resulting in a truly tasty tuna melt.

Set the oven’s broiler to high and place a rack about 6 inches from the heat source.

Use parchment paper to cover a baking sheet.

In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, green onions, carrots, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and mustard.

Every bread slice should have melted butter applied to one side.

Add some tuna salad, a slice of cheese, and another slice of bread with the buttered side facing up to the unbuttered side.

Add the remaining ingredients and repeat.

Sandwiches should be placed on the prepared baking sheet.

For 3 to 5 minutes, broil the food in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
