Triple Chocolate Tofu Brownies
Brownies made with tofu and whole wheat flour are dense and rich.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
Salt, cocoa powder, baking soda, and flour should be combined in a bowl.
Blend the tofu in a machine.
Puree under cover until smooth.
Olive oil and sugar are added.
One more minute of blending, then pour into a mixing bowl and add the vanilla extract.
In the top of a double boiler set over barely simmering water, melt the chocolate by stirring it frequently and scraping the pan’s sides with a rubber spatula to prevent scorching.
Blend the melted chocolate thoroughly with the tofu mixture.
About 3 minutes are needed to thoroughly combine the flour mixture.
Stir the chocolate chips in.
