The Absolutely Best Mango Pudding
Both guests and family alike will love this sweet homemade pudding made with fresh sliced mangos, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar.
Set oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
Mango slices should cover the bottom of an 8×8-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
The remaining sugar and butter should be combined in a bowl and smoothed out with a fork.
One at a time, beat in eggs until combined.
Add vanilla extract and stir.
In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder together.
Stir until combined before adding the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
Pour milk mixture over mangos after slowly incorporating milk until it is smooth.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately one hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
