Taco Spaghetti Bake
Spaghetti, a sour cream sauce, and seasoned ground beef are layered before being baked with a cheese and crunchy tortilla chip topping.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease a sizable baking dish sparingly.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.
Spaghetti should be cooked in boiling water for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but firm to the bite.
Pasta should be drained and transferred to the baking dish.
A large skillet should be heated to medium-high.
Cook and stir the beef in the hot skillet for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it is browned and crumbly; drain and discard grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Cook and stir until heated through for an additional five minutes after adding corn and taco sauce.
