Swedish Meatballs with Cream of Mushroom Soup
Simmered in cream of mushroom soup and milk, these Swedish meatballs are the quick and easy comfort food that Grandma used to make.
Combine beef, saltines, and onion soup mix.
Make into meatballs of a medium size.
In a frying pan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add the meatballs; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them frequently to ensure an even browning.
Fill a bowl with cream of mushroom soup.
Mix milk into the soup after filling the empty can 3/4 full.
Add sauce to meatballs and simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until thickened.
