Super Nachos
These homemade nachos are the perfect party appetizer made with taco-seasoned ground beef, refried beans, melty cheese, olives, salsa, and sour cream.
Heat the broiler in the oven.
6 inches should be left between the oven rack and the heat source.
Use aluminum foil to cover a baking sheet.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir ground beef until the meat is crumbly and no longer pink.
five to ten minutes.
Eliminate extra grease.
Add water and taco seasoning mix, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the beef mixture has thickened.
Place tortilla chips on the baking sheet that has been set up.
Add Cheddar cheese on top.
Add a mixture of ground beef and refried beans.
3 to 5 minutes of broiling in the preheated oven should melt the cheese.
