Strawberry-Orange Bundt Cake
This strawberry-studded Bundt cake, topped with a sweet citrus glaze that will have everyone asking for seconds, is the perfect way to celebrate spring or summer.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Baking spray should be used on a 10-inch fluted tube pan (such as a Bundt®).

Salt, baking powder, and flour are all combined in a bowl.

With an electric mixer, combine sugar, vegetable oil, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl.

Mix dry ingredients in completely by beating in.

Strawberries and orange zest after folding.

Fill the pan with the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool for 15 to 30 minutes, or until it comes out of the pan with ease.

Remove from the pan to a cooling rack and allow to cool for an additional 30 minutes until room temperature.
