Spiced Maple Banana Bread
This banana bread is the ideal fall treat because it is spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg and sweetened with maple syrup.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Spray some nonstick cooking spray in a loaf pan.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
Place aside.
Bananas should be mostly smooth but still have some chunks.
With a wooden spoon, combine the eggs, oil, maple syrup, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add the walnuts and flour mixture.
Mix just enough to moisten the flour.
Fill the pan with the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven, turning the pan halfway through, for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool for ten minutes on a wire rack.
Turn the bread over onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
