Spaghetti with a Kick
To premade spaghetti sauce, add corn, black beans, and kidney beans. Add cumin and hot sauce for flavor. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan and hot pasta.
Olive oil is heated in a large skillet while the onion is cooked until tender.
Mix well before adding the spaghetti sauce, black beans, kidney beans, and corn.
Add the salt, black pepper, and cumin sauce and stir.
For 15 to 20 minutes, simmer.
Spaghetti should be cooked until al dente in a large pot of salted, boiling water.
Drain.
Add spaghetti sauce to the pasta.
Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese when serving.
