Southern Italian Thanksgiving Stuffing

Southern Italian Thanksgiving Stuffing

Southern Italian Thanksgiving Stuffing
This is the best Thanksgiving stuffing I have ever had. With a mix of Southern-style cooking and Italian flavors it brings all great tastes together. I got this recipe from my mom last year after everyone gave it amazing reviews!

Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

Grease a roasting pan or 9×13-inch baking dish.

The sausage is heated in a sizable skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook and stir the sausage until it is no longer pink and evenly browned.

Extra grease should be drained and thrown away.

In a sizable mixing bowl, add the browned sausage.

In the meantime, warm the pancetta and olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat.

Stir in the onions and celery after the pancetta starts to brown, and cook for about 8 minutes, or until the onion softens and turns translucent.

Add the garlic, stir, and cook for an additional three minutes, or until the garlic aroma softens.
