Sour Cream Chops
In this creamy pork chop recipe, chops are fried in butter beside onions and garlic, then simmered with tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, and condensed chicken soup.
In a 4-quart saucepan set over medium heat, melt the butter.
On both sides, season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Insert in a saucepan.
Add onion and garlic and stir.
Cook the pork chops for 3 minutes before turning them over and cooking for another 3 minutes.
Basil, tomatoes, mushrooms, milk, and soup are stirred in.
Lowen the heat, cover, and simmer.
Turn the chops over, stir the mixture, and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Pour sauce over the chops and then top each chop with a teaspoon of sour cream to serve.
