Smoked Potato
When the smoker is already lit and smoking meat, smoked potatoes are the ideal side dish.
Set a smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit (120 degrees C).
As directed by the manufacturer, add wood chips.
Make holes in the potato on all sides with a fork.
The flavor is smokier the more holes there are.
Salt and oil should be applied to the potato’s entire surface.
After placing it there, cook the potato for 3 1/2 hours.
