Salmon Croquettes with Fresh Salmon
These fresh salmon croquettes made with baking mix are perfect whether served as an appetizer or main dish.
Using a food processor, finely chop the salmon.
Transfer the salmon to a bowl and add the baking mix, parsley, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire seasoning, salt, and seafood seasoning.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Create 8 small patties out of the mixture, then place them on a plate covered in waxed paper.
Rinse your hands after forming every few patties if the mixture is sticky and you are having trouble forming the patties; the mixture is easier to handle when your hands are clean.
Put the patties in the fridge for 30 minutes.
