Pressure Cooker Pork Tenderloin
This main dish recipe begins with marinating pork tenderloin in lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and red pepper flakes. It then cooks in a pressure cooker with chicken broth and lemon juice.
In a large resealable plastic bag, pour the cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt after blending in a blender until smooth.
Place the pork tenderloin inside the bag and shake it around to evenly distribute the marinade.
Before sealing the bag, let out as much air as you can.
Refrigerate the marinade for eight to twelve hours.
In the bottom of a pressure cooker, combine the chicken broth and lemon juice.
The slow cooker’s liquid should contain the tenderloin.
Over the tenderloin, pour the remaining marinade from the bag.
