These phorittos, a clever fusion of Vietnamese pho soup and burritos, are made with ribeye steak, rice noodles, chile sauce, and fresh herbs.

Oil is heated in a big saucepan at a medium heat.

Add the onions and stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until soft.
