Penne Pasta with Peppers
Colorful red and yellow sweet bell peppers sauteed with sliced red onions and chopped garlic are poured over cooked penne to make a cheerful dish of pasta.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.
When the pasta is al dente, add it and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
A big skillet with medium heat is used to heat the oil.
Add the red, yellow, and red bell peppers, along with the onion and garlic, and sauté for 10 minutes or until tender.
Serve this vegetable mixture with the pasta that has been cooked.
