PBJ ‘Sushi’ Kid’s Bento Box
In this quick and easy bento box, peanut butter jelly tortilla sushi rolls come with chocolate syrup ‘soy sauce’ and banana ‘ginger slices.’
Half of the tortilla should be covered in peanut butter, and the other half should be in jelly.
Starting with the jelly side, roll up the tortilla and seal.
Cut into pieces the size of a sushi roll.
Serve in a bento box with separate compartments for the banana and chocolate syrup (also known as “ginger” and “soy sauce”).
