Pantry Potatoes
An unusual combination of dried herbs – chervil, dill, and rosemary – add savor to baked potato wedges.
Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
Put potato sticks in a big bowl and cover with olive oil.
Using a mortar and pestle, combine the chervil, dill, rosemary, onion, and garlic powders.
Sprinkle the herb mixture over the potatoes and toss to evenly coat.
Potatoes are spread out on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven, or until tender and browned.
