Pancakes
This is a quick and easy recipe for pancakes using self-rising flour.
Combine milk, eggs, and oil in a bowl; then add to flour.
Stir everything together.
When water is sprinkled on a greased griddle, heat it until drops evaporating noisily.
On the griddle, pour 1/8 to 1/4 cup of batter.
When bubbles start to appear on the surface, flip with a metal spatula.
Cook the second side until it turns golden brown.
