No Bake Bumpy Peanut Butter Nuggets
Kids love to make (and eat) these sugar free cookies.
In a sizable mixing bowl, combine coconut and peanut butter milk powder.
Oats, wheat germ, ground cinnamon, and apple juice concentrate should all be thoroughly mixed in.
Create 1-inch balls out of the mixture.
Before serving, thoroughly chill; put the leftover nuggets in the fridge.
