Moroccan-Style Chicken with Butternut Squash Noodles
Create butternut squash noodles using a spiralizer, then top them with this sweet chicken dish with Moroccan spices, dried fruit, and almonds.

Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

Put the spiralized butternut squash in a bowl and season with salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of oil.

Transfer to a baking sheet after tossing to coat.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven, or until just tender.

In a big saute pan, heat butter and the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken, then season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the pan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally, or until the juices run clear.

Remove and reserve the chicken.
